3 Things I have learned helping 100s of people to reduce their blood glucose

As a health and nutrition coach and diabetes practitioner I have had the incredible opportunity to work with 100s of people to help them avoid Type 2 Diabetes or bring it into remission by reducing blood glucose levels. Through doing that I have made some observations and if you are trying to reduce your blood glucose (and if you're not, you probably should), you may find these useful.
