Tuna Muffins
Ingredients:

2 small tins of tuna
2 free range eggs
3 spring onions, chopped
200 g grated cheese
1 tsp of dried oregano or 2 drops of doTerra oregano essential oil
4 cherry tomatoes, halved

Method:
​
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Mix all the ingredients together. Put the mixture in muffin cases (in a muffin tray if you have one). Place a half cherry tomato on top of each muffin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
