4-Week Primal Health Reset

This 4-week programme will provide everything you need to adopt a lifestyle that will optimise your health, increase and stabilise energy levels and achieve ideal bodyweight. The programme includes a 1 1/2 hour initial one-to-one session in person or via Skype and 3 further 1-hour weekly sessions. Also included are: Lifestyle and food diary assessment, dietary advice, help with goal setting and overcoming barriers, advice on exercise, sleep and stress-control and continuous online support during the 4 weeks.

12-Week Primal Health Programme

A 12-week transformational programme to help nurture a lifestyle change to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. The programme focuses on nutrition, effective exercise, sleep and stress management. 12 Weeks is the length of time that has shown again and again to achieve real, potentially permanent change. 

The first 4 weeks mainly cover nutrition.

There are bi-weekly one-to-one sessions. In addition, email support is provided throughout the programme.

From week 5 we will look at Primal Lifestyle topics like sleep and stress. 

In week 6 the focus is on Primal Fitness an it will equip you to exercise effectively.

In weeks 7-9 we will revisit nutrition and look at ways on how to level up results.

In the last few weeks we will evaluate what we have learned and look at how to achieve total body and mind wellness in a sustainable way

Also included are: Lifestyle and food diary assessment, help with goal setting and overcoming barriers and continuous online support during the 12 weeks.
