Low-carb flat bread

Ingredients (makes 4)

 

80 g coconut flour

10 g Psyllium husks

½ tsp baking powder

250 ml warm water

pinch of salt

1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Method

 

Sift the coconut flour. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the water and form a dough. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4. Roll the pieces flat (put cling film or parchment paper between the dough and the rolling pin). Heat a little coconut in a frying pan and fry the bread on a medium heat. Turn over when brown underneath (don’t turn over too quickly), then fry the other side until browned.
