125 g butter
100 g ground almonds
4 tbsp quinoa or coconut flour
½ tsp of cinnamon (optional)
½ tsp of ground ginger (optional)
Generous amount of dried fuits of choice chopped into small bits
Preheat the oven at 190C (375F).
Melt the butter in a pan or microwave. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Divide into 6 onto a baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
