Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts from plants that have been used for centuries as a natural way to take care of both our physical and mental health. They have similar properties to synthetic drugs but without side effects. They have amazing healing properties and can help ease and prevent a huge variety of ailments. You can use them aromatically (diffuse), topically (applied to skin) or internally (ingest).
