Thanks Roel, I have definitely achieved my objectives in getting back to a truly balanced diet, and so good to know red wine and ‘real’ chocolate are not forbidden fruit!  Not only did I lose a few inches which I hadn’t expected to, I also learnt a great deal over my 4 tutorials with you, and will definitely be sticking with it!!
