 Did you know you can harnass the natural healing power of essential oils to transform your workplace into a healthy and productive environment?


Focus and memory

Use rosemary and peppermint oil to stay focused and energised. Diffuse them if you can have a diffuser in your workplace or rub a drop of each between your hands and inhale. Alternatively, put a few drops on cotton balls and place these in a tissue box, so you can enjoy the benefits with every use. It will improve memory and concentration.



When staring at the computer screen has made you feel tense and you feel a headache coming on, use PastTense Tension blend to relax the muscles in your neck. Apply on forehead, temples, behind the ears and back of the neck for instant relief. You can also use peppermint oil for this.


Snack control
